2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. What is the European Union cooling off period?

If you are shipping your merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. What is the total delivery time?

The total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time.

8. How long does processing take?

Processing usually takes 1-2 business days from the date you placed your order.

9. What are the shipping rates?

For shipping to the USA and worldwide, we offer a standard shipping rate of $5 USD. The shipping time is typically 1 to 7 business days.

You can track the status of your order by logging into your Lost Souls account and clicking on "My Order". Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active on the courier's system.
